1. How can I pay for my order?
Formasonjars currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 1-3 days (Monday-Friday) and transit time depends on your country.
3. How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually, you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
You can also check your order in the inquiry section of the home page footer.
4. How can I check the status of my order?
The easiest way to check the status of your order is by logging into your account and viewing your orders. You can also click on the "Order Status" link contained in the Order Receipt email we sent you after completing your order.
5. How long will it take me to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the logistics method you choose at the time of purchase, usually within 3-7 days for Expedited Shipping and within 7-12 days for Express Shipping.
Note: We are not responsible for late shipments due to invalid address, inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. If affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
6. Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
We currently do not offer a pick up option due to COVID restrictions at our warehouse locations. We currently offer Free Ground Shipping on most orders to help with this restriction.
7. How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can track your package.
8. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
9. How can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get full refund.
- If the order has been shipped, the order will not be canceled.
- If the order is not shipped but has been produced, we will charge 20% of the total order amount. (Processing and handling fees).
10. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
Most orders shipped within the United States will be delivered via USPS or FEDEX. Please check the mailbox or front door for your package.
11. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
