Shipping Policy
Shipping Time
We process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days.
*In the case of pre-sold products, shipping will take longer. The tentative schedule for shipping is mentioned on the product page for these pieces, and we will also send you an email with your order to indicate the shipping time.
Delivery Time
All orders typically take 7-12 business days (all days except Sundays and public holidays) for delivery within the United States from the date of purchase.
*All estimated delivery dates are calculated based on average manufacturing times and your selected shipping method, and do not account for delays caused by vendor service disruptions and/or weather delays.
Shipping Fee
Standard shipping is free for orders above $40. We charge a nominal amount of $4.99 as delivery charge for orders below $40.
Shipping Carrier
We ship using FEDEX or USPS. Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or remote locations.
Order Tracking
Usually, as soon as the order is sent, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number of the order. If you do not receive an tracking number confirmation email, please wait, it may take a while, or please check your email spam folder.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the entered delivery address is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. And the packages may be forced to be returned to us due to incorrect addresses. We will not be responsible for any returns or losses due to incorrect addresses.
